My Wellcare Rewards®

It pays to take care of yourself

Wellcare members can earn rewards for completing certain healthy activities through the My Wellcare Rewards Program. When you complete an eligible health activity, you earn reward dollars that are added to your Wellcare Spendables® and Rewards card. These rewards can be used to shop for approved everyday items.

How the program works

When you complete an eligible health activity, you earn reward dollars that are added to your Wellcare Spendables and Rewards card. Rewards are issued after required steps, including attestations, are completed.

How to get started

  1. Log in to your secure member portal.
  2. On the homepage, scroll to Wellcare Spendables and Rewards.
  3. Select “My Wellcare Rewards” to see available activities.
  4. Complete an eligible activity and submit the required document to receive your reward.

Earning rewards

  • Available activities are personalized and may vary by member eligibility.
  • Some rewards require completing more than one activity before the reward is issued.
  • Members may earn one reward per health action per plan year. 
  • Members can only confirm to activities that are currently available on the portal; future or closed activities cannot be claimed. 
  • Activities must be completed within the current plan year to qualify. 
  • Health actions and reward amounts are subject to change.

Accessing and using your rewards

  • Earned rewards are automatically added to your Wellcare Rewards balance once requirements are met. 
  • Completed activities can be viewed on the Rewards Tracker page in the member portal. 
  • Rewards earned during a plan year must be redeemed by January 31 of the following year, as long as coverage remains active.
